Were seeking a dedicated 3rd Chef to join our kitchen team at The River's Edge, Wimborne.
Salary/Benefits
£13 per hour + Tronc Tip System
Only 2 evening shifts and the rest breakfast and lunch shifts
About the Chef Role
This role is integral to supporting the Head Chef & Sous Chef in a refined casual dining environment, newly opened and anchored by fresh, seasonal produce from our Smallholding and local suppliers in Dorset.
Chef Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef & Sous chef in planning, prepping, and executing daily menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services (Friday and Saturday evenings required).
Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Collaborate with the team to uphold consistency and efficiency during service.
Chef Requirements:
Previous experience in a professional kitchen is essential.
Passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
Ability to work up to 48 hours per week, maybe less at times, with Friday and Saturday evening shifts.
Must work closely with the Head Chef and sous chef and maintain communication across shifts. xwzovoh
