SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER54k-58k plus benefits & bonusPermanentBedfordshire, East Of EnglandCommercialTransportAutoCADCivil 3DOur client is looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to play a key role in delivering projects and driving the growth of its civil engineering team within an established multidisciplinary consultancy.This is a varied, senior-level opportunity combining hands-on technical design, project leadership, client liaison and business development, with genuine scope to progress into wider leadership or senior management.The successful candidate will lead civil engineering commissions covering highways, drainage, SuDS, flood risk, infrastructure and external works, while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and liaising with clients, contractors and approving authorities.

Mentoring engineers, reviewing technical designs and supporting bids and fee proposals will also form part of the role.Applicants should be degree qualified, ideally Chartered (CEng MICE or equivalent), with strong UK consultancy experience and expertise in civil infrastructure design.
