Machine Minder Location: North Manchester Salary: £37000 plus benefits We’re recruiting for a Machine Minders to join a well-established manufacturing business in North Manchester. This is a hands-on role focused on keeping production lines running efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. What you’ll be doing Operate and monitor machinery to meet production targets Carry out basic maintenance (cleaning, inspection, lubrication, set-ups) Perform minor repairs and part changes Record machine performance using CMMS Support safe working practices, including LOTO Assist with changeovers and continuous improvement activities Work closely with maintenance and production teams What you’ll need Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or FMCG environment Basic mechanical knowledge and fault-finding ability Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach Team player with good communication skills A great attitude to work and the desire to grow your career What’s on Offer Stable, well-established business Training and development opportunities Supportive team environment If you’re a hands-on operator who takes pride in keeping machines running, apply now or get in touch to find out more
