Production Controller Dorking Up to £38,165 Bonus Excellent Benefits We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Production Controller to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Dorking. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in keeping production moving efficiently, ensuring materials, systems, and processes all align to meet demand. The Role As Production Controller, you’ll be at the heart of operations—coordinating production orders, managing system activity, and ensuring everything is in place to keep manufacturing running smoothly. Key responsibilities include: Managing and progressing production orders in line with schedules Monitoring material availability and resolving shortages Controlling ERP/MRP system transactions and correcting errors Coordinating subcontract processes and maintaining delivery timelines Chasing overdue production orders and minimising delays Supporting communication across production, planning, stores, and suppliers Maintaining accurate system data and production recordsWhat We’re Looking For Experience in production control, planning, or manufacturing coordination Strong working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills Ability to problem-solve and resolve production issues quickly Confident communicator able to work cross-functionally Good Excel / Microsoft Office capability Experience in fabrication, sheet metal, or component manufacturing (desirable)What’s On Offer Salary up to £38,165 depending on experience Profit-related bonus scheme 25 days holiday bank holidays Enhanced pension contributions Life assurance (5x salary) Additional benefits including wellbeing support, training, and on-site parkingWhy Apply?
