Are you a senior Real Estate Litigator with at least 8 years' PQE and a passion for resolving high-stakes property conflicts?

My client is a well-established Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked regional law firm with an office in Leeds. They are widely recognised for their commercial strength and their ability to handle complex, high-value disputes across the north of England.

They are looking for a driven Real Estate Disputes Director to lead and grow a busy contentious property practice. This is a leadership role with real weight; you'll be the go-to advisor for developers, investors, landlords, and public sector bodies on their most sensitive and complex property disputes.

You'll benefit from working in a collegiate, supportive environment within a firm that has a genuine commitment to developing talent and a strong retention record. The firm's property litigation practice is consistently ranked in both Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners, and you will have the platform to shape its future direction.

📍 Leeds, excellent transport links and easy commute from across West Yorkshire.

Salary: £70,000 upwards.
