Sales Negotiator Location: Battersea, London Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 basic (DOE) OTE up to £100,000 The Opportunity A well-established estate agency in Battersea is seeking a motivated Sales Negotiator to join its busy and successful team. This role suits someone confident in sales, committed to delivering results, and looking to develop within a strong London market. Key Responsibilities Register and qualify applicants, matching them to suitable properties Conduct viewings and provide a high level of customer service Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors Generate new business through calls, database work, and local activity Maintain relationships with clients throughout the sales process Support the team in winning instructions and driving revenue Progress agreed sales through to completion Requirements Experience in estate agency, property sales, or a similar sales role Strong negotiation and communication skills Target-driven with a proactive approach Professional and well-presented Knowledge of the local area is beneficialThis is a strong opportunity for a Sales Negotiator looking to build their career in a high-demand London market.
