This company is a well-established food manufacturer, producing premium British products, offering a great working environment, where you will have the opportunity to develop your team, contribute to succession planning, work closely with customers and senior stakeholders You will be responsible for leading the technical services function, overseeing specifications, customer requirements, and the technical side of product launches from concept through to launch. You will also manage technical KPIs, support continuous improvement projects and develop a strong food safety and quality culture across the site.
