A well-established and highly respected residential care provider in North London is looking for an organised, compassionate and digitally confident Clinical Administrator to join its senior support team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in care home administration, clinical coordination or senior care support who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the centre of resident care, communication and organisation.
Youll play a key role supporting the Home Manager, Deputy Manager and wider care team helping to ensure residents receive outstanding care while maintaining smooth day-to-day clinical operations.
The Role This is far more than a standard admin position. Youll become a central point of coordination between residents, families, healthcare professionals and the care team.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating visits from GPs, District Nurses and other healthcare professionals
Managing resident admissions and supporting care planning processes
Updating electronic care records and maintaining accurate documentation
Organising assessments, appointments and healthcare referrals
Supporting the management team with reports, administration and compliance
Assisting with digital systems, communication platforms and care software
Providing occasional support on the floor when senior carers are on annual leave
About You Were looking for somebody who is:
Experienced within a residential care or healthcare setting
Confident using digital care systems and Microsoft Office
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple priorities
Compassionate, approachable and professional
Comfortable communicating with residents, families and healthcare professionals
A true team player with a positive can-do attitude
Experience within elderly care or dementia care environments would be highly advantageous. xwzovoh
