Care Services Director (Hiring Immediately)

Your role: You will be responsible for the leadership, governance and operational management of a Supported Living service for adults with learning disabilities and intensive specialist support needs. The post holder will ensure people are supported to live independently within their own homes, exercise choice and control, and achieve meaningful outcomes in line with the principles of person-centred support. You will be required to join our on-call rotation to provide out-of-hours support on a pre-arranged schedule.
