The Role You will manage a varied caseload including: Wills and estate planning Probate and estate administration Lasting Powers of Attorney Trusts Inheritance Tax planning Court of Protection matters Elderly client advisory work Succession planningYou will build trusted client relationships and provide clear, empathetic, and commercially aware advice. About You We are keen to hear from solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives, STEP-qualified professionals, and other qualified lawyers with private client experience.
