Description Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable. Prepare financial reports and statements for internal and external stakeholders. Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow effectively. Assist with budget preparation and monitoring expenses against allocated funds. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and organisational policies. Support the preparation for audits and liaise with auditors as required. Provide financial insights to support decision-making within the organisation.Profile A successful Bookkeeper & Payroll Officer should have: A solid understanding of payroll processing and financial record-keeping. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills. Experience in the not-for-profit sector is desirable but not essential.
