You’ll be supporting some of the most exciting names and projects in motorsport, supercars and high performance automotive, working at the centre of AP Racing to keep customer orders, priorities and deliveries moving.

Fast paced, varied and demanding, this role suits someone with energy, resilience and a real sense of ownership.

The Role:

Manage the day to day requirements of a number of AP Racing customers across motorsport, performance and specialist vehicle applications.

You will support customers involved in racing cars, supercars, high performance road cars and specialist automotive projects, managing orders from receipt through to delivery.

You will be the link between the customer and internal teams, keeping orders moving, managing priorities and making sure customers get clear and timely information.

This is a fast paced role suited to someone with energy, resilience and a strong sense of ownership. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery.
  
• Act as a day to day point of contact for customer queries.
  
• Provide quotations and order updates.
  
• Monitor customer schedules, forecasts and delivery requirements.
  
• Work across Planning, Production, Purchasing, Logistics, Engineering and Sales to resolve issues.
  
• Maintain accurate order and customer information.
  
• Use Excel and business systems to analyse and manage customer and order data.
  
• Chase actions through to completion and escalate issues when needed.
