Operations Manager

Proactive Personnel are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager on behalf of our client based in Salford who are a well establised kosher supermarket. You will be responsible for overseeing and running the day to day operations of a sucesful supermarket. Duties will include managing shop floor and driving staff, check ins with staff, reporting and completing data spreadsheets and putting ideas forward to improve the business. This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to make a real difference to the business. Experience in supermarket operations is not essential, The successful applicant must be a peoples person, have strong organisational and operational skills and be switched on.
