CNC Miller – West Byfleet, Surrey £35,000 – £45,000 + Overtime We are seeking a CNC Miller to join a growing precision engineering business. Suitable for an experienced machinist or a junior candidate eager to develop. Key Responsibilities: * Program, set and operate CNC milling machines (DMG Mori desirable) * Edit and optimise existing programs * Machine components to tight tolerances * Carry out self-inspection and quality checks * Support production and team workflow Requirements: * CNC milling experience (or willingness to learn) * Understanding of machining processes and tooling * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills * Team player with a flexible approach What’s on Offer: * £35,000 – £45,000 depending on experience * Overtime paid at 1.5x * 39-hour week with early Friday finish * 22–25 days holiday + bank holidays * Sick pay scheme & attendance bonus * Training and progression opportunities Apply now to join a supportive and expanding engineering team
