Our client is recruiting a Head Chef for their high end pub & restaurant serving a modern British seasonal menu in the Oxford area .This is an opportunity for an exisiting Head Chef to take the next step in their career and work alongside an Executive Chef to prepare high volume, fresh produce meals for service. You will supported by an experienced and knowledgeable senior management team as you prepare meals for Bar, Restaurant, Garden & Functions. The pub is in an excellent location and is a long established popular venue in the city.

The Role
Working closely with the General Manager and Executive Head Chef
Producing Fresh Cooked Food using seasonal products for large numbers of guests
Run service during week
Inout into Menu
Kitchen Management duties
The Person
Already working as a Head Chef or talented experienced Sous
Excellent Communicator & People person
Experience of Fresh Food busy fresh kitchen
Good Kitchen manager
