Youll be the central hub ensuring store development projects run smoothly and efficiently. Your day-to-day will include:

• Coordinating multiple projects and keeping timelines on track
• Managing purchase orders, invoices, and project documentation
• Preparing presentations, reports, and executive approval packs
• Organising meetings, travel, and key stakeholder communications
• Tracking lease agreements and important commercial dates
• Supporting facilities management processes and monitoring service standards
• Producing weekly reports on critical issues affecting stores

• A natural organiser who thrives in a fast-moving environment
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks without losing attention to detail
• A proactive mindset with a get things done attitude
• Confidence using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word at an advanced level
