About the role
Permanent – Full Time – 37.5 hours
Based at our Quinton (Birmingham) office, this role will provide high-level administrative and organisational support to the regional leadership team, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the business.
Working across a wide range of activities, you will coordinate meetings, manage schedules, arrange events, prepare reports and presentations, and act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, supporting business projects, and ensuring key actions and priorities are effectively tracked and delivered.
Alongside your business administration responsibilities, you will support the coordination of training activities across the region, including arranging courses, maintaining training records, and liaising with colleagues and external providers to ensure development opportunities are delivered efficiently.
This role requires a highly organised and proactive individual who can manage multiple priorities, communicate confidently at all levels, and work with discretion when handling sensitive information. You will be a dependable and trusted support to the regional team, helping to keep operations running smoothly while delivering an excellent service to colleagues and stakeholders alike.
