Sales AccountManager (Medical Devices)East Midlands Region (Including Anglia)Salary; £40,000 - £55,000 plus uncapped OTE (circa £15K yr 1 at 100% of target), company car or car allowanceA leading UK Medical Devices distributor partnering exclusively with many UK and European medical devices manufacturers the product portfolio includes: Laparoscopic Instruments, Gastric Bougies, Endoscopes and Imaging, Flexible Endoscopes, Endo Urology / BPH, Patient Positioning, Surgical Retraction, within Gynaecology, Lower GI / Colorectal, Urology, Upper GI / Bariatrics and RoboticsThe RoleDrive sales and market expansion for the company's multi-disciplinary product portfolio across your designated region, in NHS and Private hospitals, managing key accounts and executing strategic opportunities.

Identify and engage key accounts, KOLs, and stakeholders

Develop and implement project plans to achieve sales and market penetrationtargets.

Manage and negotiate contracts, pricing, and tenders in coordination with seniorleadership.

Provide clinical support, training, and market access insights to enhance productadoption.

Maintain strong professional relationships with decision-makers, finance managers, and referringclinicians.

Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customeraccounts

You will bring

Previous experience in the sale of medical devices, with in-theatre experience

Strongcommunicationandpresentationskills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within ateam.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solvingabilities.

Strongnegotiationandorganisationalskills. xwzovoh

A valid UK drivinglicense.
