What you’ll be leading on
- Driving the Ofsted registration process and preparing the home for safe, successful placements.
- Embedding high-quality safeguarding, supervision, and compliance standards.
- Providing visible, confident leadership that inspires and motivates your team.
- Creating a therapeutic, reflective, child‑centred environment where every decision puts young people first.
- Working closely with expert colleagues who are invested in your success.
What we’re looking for
- Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or working towards).
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager or a strong Deputy ready to take the step up and make their mark.
- Deep understanding of safeguarding, regulation, and delivering high‑quality care.
- Resilience, integrity, and the ability to lead a relaunch with confidence and compassion.
