Opportunity:
A leading privately-owned infrastructure contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on a major multi-million-pound rail & civils project in Crewe and surrounding areas

The Role:
Commercial management of a major rail & civils scheme
Managing subcontractor procurement and accounts
Cost reporting, forecasting and CVRs
Contract administration under NEC contracts
Managing variations, change and commercial risk
Supporting and mentoring junior commercial staff
Working closely with operational teams to maximise project performance
What were looking for:
Experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within infrastructure, rail or civils
Strong NEC contract knowledge
Excellent commercial and contractual awareness
Ability to manage projects independently
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ambitious individual seeking long-term career progression
Rail experience would be highly advantageous; however, candidates from a wider civils, infrastructure, highways, utilities or heavy construction background are also encouraged to apply.
