Job Title: Head of Innovation Engineering
Job Summary: Lead and manage a cross‑functional team of engineers, data scientists, and specialists to deliver enterprise product innovation. Set functional priorities, drive technical excellence, and ensure business‑aligned outcomes across multiple innovation squads.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high‑performing team, fostering collaboration and skills growth across engineering, data science, and product innovation.
- Set and execute technical strategy, aligning innovation initiatives with business goals and product roadmaps.
- Oversee delivery of complex, cross‑functional projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and measurable impact.
- Champion agile practices, maintain platform reliability, and drive continuous improvement in release cadence and defect reduction.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Collaboration (Advanced): Influence and coordinate across teams for seamless execution.
- Software Design, Technical Acumen, Cloud Computing, API Management (Advanced–Effective): Guide technical decisions and architecture.
- Innovation, Problem Solving, Data Security, Information Security, DevOps (Experienced–Advanced): Lead differentiated solutions and ensure compliance.
- Learning to Learn, Adaptability, Artificial Intelligence, Ai Agents (Advanced–Effective): Embrace new technologies and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications (Education & Experience)
- Significant experience leading software engineering teams and innovation projects.
- Proven track record in partner engagement and technical delivery.
- Deep expertise in software architecture, cloud, and emerging technologies.
