Insurance Lawyer – Property DamageSalary: ExcellentLocation: Greater ManchesterLeading National practice with offices in Greater Manchester is seeking an ambitious insurance lawyer (Solicitor/FILEX) to join its specialist Property Damage team – the successful candidate will focus on providing property-related indemnity advice to its insurer clients and wider client base.This highly regarded team undertakes coverage work across all classes of business for a prestigious, sought-after client-base.The successful candidate will initially be assisting lead lawyers in advising clients on claims management, coverage disputes, policy wordings, claims notifications and presentations, negotiations with insurers and related recoveries.The ideal candidate will at have least 2+ years’ PQE in dealing with complex contentious insurance matters, with a particular regard for Property-related advice.
