This is an exciting opportunity for a Civil/Structural Pre-Construction Engineer to play a key role in the planning and development of major projects before construction begins.

Your Role as Civil/Structural Pre-Construction Engineer Will Include: Supporting the pre-construction and bid teams on major civil and structural construction projects.

Reviewing drawings, specifications and technical documentation during tender and pre-construction phases.

Assisting with buildability reviews, value engineering and construction methodologies.

Supporting programme development, procurement planning and project risk assessments.

Coordinating with design, estimating, commercial and project delivery teams to develop competitive technical solutions.

Liaising with clients, consultants and subcontractors throughout the pre-construction process.

Ensuring technical submissions are compliant, accurate and commercially competitive.

As A Civil/Structural Pre-Construction Engineer You Will Have: Previous experience as a Civil/Structural Pre-Construction Engineer, Civil Engineer, Structural Engineer, Design Engineer or Project Engineer.

Strong understanding of civil and structural engineering principles within major construction projects.

Experience within data centres, industrial, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, infrastructure, commercial or other large-scale construction environments.

Excellent technical, planning and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively across design, commercial and operational teams. xwzovoh
