Full Time Teaching Assistant Role: Teaching Assistant – KS2 Location: Huddersfield HD4 Contract Type: Temporary – Full time Start Date: September 2026 End Date: December 2026 Trust Education are recruiting on behalf of a primary school in the HD4 area for a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant. This is a full time role, starting in September 2026 for one full term, offering an amazing opportunity to join an accomplished Key Stage 2 team to support Years 3 to 6. The Role: * Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons * Providing occasional class cover where required across Key Stage 2 * Working with small groups and individual pupils * Creating a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment * Supporting pupils of all abilities and learning needs to achieve their potential The Ideal Candidate Will: * Hold a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification * Have experience working within Key Stage 2 * Be confident delivering intervention programmes and small group support * Be reliable, organised, and able to work effectively as part of a team * Have a proactive and positive approach to supporting teaching and learning * Be flexible and confident providing class cover when required About Trust Education Trust Education are a dedicated and supportive team who offer a friendly, personable service with collectively over 50+ years of experience within the education sector.
