Due to growth, theyre now looking to appoint two Supervising Social Workers to join their team.

This is a relationship-led role where your focus is on supporting foster carers to deliver safe, stable and nurturing environments for children and young people.

You wont be overloaded.

• Providing regular supervision and support to foster carers (visits + phone)
• Monitoring placements to ensure safe, stable and positive environments
• Completing annual foster carer reviews and presenting to panel
• Working closely with Local Authorities and wider professional networks
• Supporting carers with placements, challenges and development
• Ensuring safeguarding is always front and centre
• Completing assessments, reports and maintaining accurate records
• Supporting young people towards independence where appropriate
• Contributing to team meetings and wider service development

• Capped caseloads (gradual increase up to approx. xwzovoh 12 households)
• Hybrid working with genuine flexibility

• Salary up to £38,000
• 45p per mile mileage

• Qualified Social Worker (Degree level or equivalent)
• Registered with Social Work England
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Current DBS
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
