Reference: PR/600803_1784134860Application Specialist - Northeast Region (Remote)Our client is seeking an experienced Application Specialist to support key customer accounts across the Northeast region. This individual will serve as a technical resource to customers within the pulp, paper, and packaging industries, helping optimize operations, troubleshoot process issues, and drive long-term customer success.ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support and application expertise to customers throughout the Northeast territory.Partner with mill personnel and plant leadership to improve process performance, efficiency, and product quality.Lead product trials, troubleshooting efforts, and process evaluations.Support account growth initiatives alongside the commercial sales team.Build strong relationships with production, operations, and procurement stakeholders.Manage a territory representing approximately $15M in existing business, with additional growth opportunities.QualificationsMinimum 10 years of experience within the pulp, paper, or packaging industries.Strong understanding of mill operations and manufacturing processes.Experience working directly with paper mills, converting facilities, or packaging manufacturers.Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and provide technical recommendations.Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Paper Science, or related technical field preferred.Location & TravelRemote position based in the Northeast U.S.Territory coverage focused primarily on New York and surrounding states.Approximately 50% travel to customer facilities.CompensationBase Salary: $130,000 - $160,000Bonus Opportunity: 20%-40%Car AllowanceComprehensive Benefits Package
