We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Programme Manager to lead complex, high-impact delivery programmes within a dynamic and highly regulated environment.

Reporting directly to the Business Unit VP, this is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll shape programme strategy, drive execution excellence, and lead a high-performing project delivery team.

As a Senior Programme Manager, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end programme delivery across multiple projects—ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute programme delivery strategy, governance, and best practices
- Lead and inspire multi-disciplinary delivery teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
- Own programme lifecycle performance – including planning, risk management, budgeting, and forecasting
- Manage complex interdependencies across projects, stakeholders, and business units
- Ensure robust reporting of KPIs, risks, and progress to senior leadership
- Drive operational excellence and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

- Proven senior programme/project leadership experience within defence or highly regulated sectors
- Strong track record delivering large-scale, complex programmes
- Expertise in resource planning, risk-adjusted scheduling, and financial oversight
- A strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate, influence, and drive results
- Confident communicator who can engage at all levels
- Resilient, decisive, and able to thrive in complex environments
