360 Driver / Groundworker Location: Brandon, Suffolk Start Date: 20th July 2026 Duration: Ongoing work until Christmas (with potential to extend) Rate: Competitive (depending on experience) Job Description We are currently recruiting for an experienced 360 Excavator Driver to work on a busy project at RAF Lakenheath. This is a long-term opportunity running through to Christmas, offering consistent work on a well-established site. This is a dual-role position, and the successful candidate must be willing and able to step out of the cab and support groundworks when required. Key Responsibilities ·Operating a 360 excavator safely and efficiently ·Assisting with general groundworks duties when not operating machinery ·Trenching, drainage, and site preparation ·Supporting the site team to ensure work is completed to a high standard ·Following all health & safety procedures on site Requirements ·Valid CPCS or NPORS 360 Excavator ticket ·Proven experience operating 360 machinery on construction sites ·Must be comfortable working on the ground as a groundworker ·Right to work in the UK ·Ability to pass security clearance due to site location (RAF base) ·Strong work ethic and reliability What We Offer ·Long-term, stable work through to Christmas ·Competitive rates ·Opportunity to work on a secure, high-profile project Interested?
