Finishing Manager

I am working with a leading regional contractor who have asked us to source a Finishing Manager for a project near Burton-Upon-Trent. This is an on-going extension to an existing hotel and the successful candidate will be tasked with taking the project from boarding to completion (with support). We are looking for somebody with either a fit-out background or experience moving a project at pace. This initial contract is circa 10 weeks with the likelihood of follow on works high. Finishing Manager/Assistant Site Manager: * We are looking for an experienced Finishing Manager/Assistant Site Manager who has focused primarily on internals * You’ll need to hold a valid CSCS, ideally an SMSTS and a First Aid @ Work * This contract will commence immediately and will run for circa 10 weeks * You’ll need to be able to commute to Burton-Upon-Trent on a daily basis * Rates will be up to circa £270.00 depending on experience If the above sounds of interest please forward a copy of your CV
