My client are a leading FMCG manufacturer globally, based in the Scunthorpe area who are searching for a driven and ambitious Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer. What You'll Be Doing: * Supporting the maintenance and improvement of automated manufacturing and packaging equipment * Playing a key role in reducing downtime, improving line efficiency, and implementing proactive maintenance strategies * Working across electrical and mechanical fault finding, repairs, and project work * Contributing to a strong team culture in a fast-paced, high-performing FMCG environment Why Apply? * Excellent salary of £51,400 * Free hot meal Mon - Fri * Structured training and development within a global manufacturing group * No night shifts and only 1 in 3 weekends Shift Pattern: * Week 1: Mon–Fri, 6am–3pm * Week 2: 1 weekday (6am–3pm) + Sat & Sun (6am–6pm) * Week 3: Mon–Thurs, 2:45pm–1am + Fri, 2:45pm–8pm * (Averages 41 hrs/week, only 1 weekend in 3 and no night shifts!)
