This is a really exciting opportunity to join the team and could provide you with the opportunity to be at the heart of some of the worlds biggest brands. This role reports directly into the Marketing Manager.Nestlé Confectionery UK is home to a house of fantastic brands such as KITKAT, AERO, ROWNTREE’S, QUALITY STREET, MILKYBAR, SMARTIES and AFTER EIGHT to name but a few, and many of which have been enjoyed by consumers for generations. Here at Nestlé Confectionery UK, we strive to put the consumer at the heart of everything we do and create delicious treats responsibly for people to enjoy day after day.Your impactAs a Senior Brand Manager, you lead the development of the UK Seasonal brand strategy ensuring share growth in a complex and dynamic category. You will work collaboratively in a matrix team and be responsible for alignment and support for strategy direction with the individual brand teams and senior stakeholders. The Senior Brand Manager is responsible for delivering innovation and renovation projects as well as communication campaigns. Your role will include the delivery of our annual commercial presentation and customer sells to engage and excite our retailers and secure excellent implementation for our plans.Your role will ensure we deliver against the business objectives with the consumer and customer in mind. Some of the areas you will be involved in delivering include:Our Seasonal Confectionery brand strategy, with a focus on the Christmas and Easter seasons, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and inspiring the business with our ambition Successful creation and deployment of innovation and renovation projectsExcellent execution and communication of our much loved brands in the seasonsWorking cross functionally to plan and build channel and customer plansDay to day line management of 2 reportsYour ingredients for successTo be successful in this role you will be passionate and enthusiastic. The role is suited to someone looking for the opportunity to develop a career in marketing with an ability to build great, collaborative working relationships with stakeholders across multiple functions.You will also have: Excellent commercial acumen.Experience managing multiple, complex projects. Track record in delivering agreed performance objectives and demonstrating effective workload management and prioritisation.Evidence of good numeracy and analytical skills.Budget management and a solid understanding of key financial principles of P<he ability to influence and build great relationships.Proven presentation skills to internal and external stakeholders.Experience of line management and be able to demonstrate good coaching skills.
