With an established Corporate Finance team and a healthy pipeline of M&A activity, the foundations are already in place for continued success. \n Your new role \n As Head of Transaction Tax, you will lead the development of a dedicated Transaction Tax offering, advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, and shareholder transactions. Working closely with Corporate Finance colleagues and other professional advisers, you'll support clients throughout the deal lifecycle while helping to grow the firm's Transaction Tax capability, build key client relationships, and develop a specialist team.
