Sales Executive Location: Belfast Position: Full-Time Sales Executive Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience and disclosed upon interview. This role also offers attractive commission opportunities. We are seeking a motivated, professional, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team in Belfast. The Role As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, identifying customer needs, and guiding them through the sales process. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets while building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships. Working Hours 5 days per week Saturday working is required Key Responsibilities Engage with customers in a professional and consultative manner Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles and products Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals Achieve individual and team sales targets Maintain a high standard of product and industry knowledge Essential Requirements Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably within the motor trade Good knowledge and understanding of the automotive industry Full UK driving licence Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Self-motivated with a positive and proactive attitude Ability to work towards and achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment If you are enthusiastic about sales, enjoy working with customers, and are looking for a rewarding opportunity within the automotive sector, we would love to hear from you.
