This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business at a pivotal stage of its UK expansion, leading a high-performing team while helping to shape the future of healthcare delivery.
Your new roleAs Clinic Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day operational, commercial and regulatory performance of the clinic, ensuring exceptional patient experiences, clinical excellence and compliance with all relevant healthcare standards.
Leading all aspects of daily clinic operations to ensure safe, efficient and seamless service delivery.
Managing, coaching and developing a multidisciplinary team, including radiographers and patient liaison staff. Working closely with clinical leadership to maintain full CQC compliance across all regulated activities.
Leading preparation for CQC inspections, audits and external reviews.
Ensuring adherence to governance, data protection, patient safety and quality standards.
Overseeing workforce planning, rota management, procurement and facilities operations. Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators, including patient satisfaction, service utilisation and financial performance. Managing clinic budgets and driving operational efficiencies.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with patients, partners and key stakeholders.
This is a fully site-based position in Central London currently operating from Monday–Friday.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in private healthcare practice or Clinic management.
Strong knowledge of CQC standards, governance frameworks and UK healthcare regulations.
Experience preparing for and managing regulatory inspections and audits.
Demonstrable experience managing budgets, financial performance and service delivery KPIs.
The ability to commute to Central London on a daily basis, ideally within 45 minutes of the clinic location.
HCPC, NMC or equivalent professional registration.
Experience launching, opening or scaling new healthcare services or clinics.
