Production Moulder/Operator

We are recruiting for a Production / Moulding Operator to join an established manufacturing business on a permanent basis. This is a hands-on, physical role primarily working within the compression moulding department, operating machinery and producing, finishing and inspecting plastic components. Key Duties Operating compression moulding machinery Finishing, sorting and packing components Carrying out quality checks on small parts Cleaning tools and equipment using compressed air Ensuring production and quality targets are met Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Supporting injection moulding and packing areas when required Please note: This is a physically demanding role involving working with heated machinery operating at temperatures of up to approximately 200°C. About You You will have: Good attention to detail A reliable and flexible approach to work The ability to follow instructions and work safely A positive, hands-on attitude Previous manufacturing, production or machine operating experience would be advantageous This is a great opportunity to join an established manufacturing environment, with the added benefit of a four-day working week.
