Hours: 6:00pm 3:00am (Afternoon) / 12:00am 9:30am (Nights)
Contract: Ongoing with permanent opportunities available

The Recruitment Crowd are recruiting Warehouse Operatives on behalf of a leading parcel courier company based in Brooklands (MK10). Due to continued growth, they are expanding their warehouse team and offering immediate starts across multiple shifts.

This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced warehouse environment, ideal for reliable and motivated individuals.

Available Shifts & Pay

• Afternoon Shift: 6:00pm 3:00am £12.21 per hour
• Night Shift: 12:00am 9:30am £13.02 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Sorting and organising parcels accurately and efficiently
• Loading and unloading trailers
• Using scanners, conveyor belts, and warehouse equipment
• Labelling and identifying parcels to ensure smooth dispatch
• Working as part of a supportive team to meet daily targets
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
• Following all health and safety procedures

• No previous experience required full training provided
• Good attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude
• Comfortable with physical and hands-on work
• Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
• Able to travel to the KT13 area
