Job Description Are you looking for a role where you can build experience, meet new people, and work in a stunning location? Were looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our team at the Fairmont St Andrews retail shop.
This is a Casual position, between 16 and 24 hours per week, with flexibility to increase during holidays or to cover annual leave.
What You'll Do:
Provide outstanding customer service to guests and visitors

Help with in-store promotions to drive sales

Keep the shop clean, well-stocked and beautifully presented

Share product knowledge and recommend gifts and items to customers

Handle payments, bookings and support daily shop operations

Follow all procedures related to Health & Safety, security, and customer service

Support the Retail Manager with varied tasks as needed

Qualifications Were Looking For Someone Who Is:
Approachable, positive and reliable

Confident communicating with guests

Willing to learn and follow instructions

Able to work evenings, weekends and during school holidays
