The Role
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing multiple contracts and operational activities across the business. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and profitably while leading teams and maintaining excellent client relationships.
The successful candidate will have a strong commercial mindset, excellent people management skills, and the ability to drive high standards across all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
* Oversee multiple live contracts and project activities
* Manage project budgets, costs, margins, and profitability
* Lead, motivate, and support site teams, supervisors, and managers
* Plan labour, plant, materials, logistics, and programme delivery
* Ensure projects are completed on time and to required standards
* Drive operational improvements and business efficiencies
* Maintain high levels of health & safety compliance
* Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
* Attend client meetings, site visits, and progress reviews
* Support business growth and tender opportunities where required

What We’re Looking For
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
* Proven experience in a Contracts Manager role
* Strong background within industrial services, coatings, fire protection, blasting, construction, or related sectors
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Strong organisational and planning ability
* Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and margins
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Flexible approach with willingness to travel across East Anglia and beyond when required
* Full UK Driving Licence
