? Make an Impact Where It Matters Most ? Atlas Workplace Services is looking for a high-calibre Senior QSHE Manager to help shape and deliver our national QSHE strategy. ? This is a senior leadership position working closely with the QSHE Director, where youll influence how we approach safety, quality, environmental performance, ESG, and wellbeing across a complex, multi-site FM portfolio. ? The Role As Senior QSHE Manager, youll operate as a key figure in the QSHE leadership teamsupporting delivery, enhancing compliance, and driving performance improvements across the business.
Youll combine hands-on operational support with strategic influence , ensuring our teams consistently deliver safe, compliant, and sustainable services.
What Youll Be Doing Leadership & Influence Act as a trusted deputy to the QSHE Director , supporting key decisions and escalation points
Influence stakeholders at all levels, embedding a strong QSHE and ESG culture
Support and guide QSHE Managers and Advisors across the business
Programme Delivery Lead and support national initiatives including: ? Sustainability & ESG programmes
Behavioural safety improvements
Wellbeing and human performance initiatives
Align QSHE priorities with wider business and client objectives
Compliance & Assurance Support and enhance the audit and compliance framework
Ensure management systems remain compliant with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001
Drive consistency and best practice across all contracts
Performance & Data Deliver clear, insight-driven reporting across QSHE and ESG metrics
Analyse trends from audits, incidents, CAFM data, and performance systems
Recommend and implement improvement actions across the portfolio
Operational Support Advise operational teams on risk, compliance, and best practice
Support development of risk assessments, method statements, and safe systems of work
Investigate incidents, focusing on root causes, human factors, and behavioural influences
Qualifications NEBOSH General Certificate ( essential , with 3+ years PQE)
NEBOSH Diploma (Level 6) ( desirable )
ISO Lead/Internal Auditor ( 9001, 14001, 45001 )
Legionella qualification (City & Guilds or equivalent)
? Experience & Skills Strong background in FM, M&E, or multi-site service delivery
Experience implementing and managing QSHE systems and audits
Excellent knowledge of UK H&S and environmental legislation
Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
Strong analytical and reporting capability (Excel, data interpretation)
Professional, solutions-focused approach with a collaborative mindset
