Role Purpose The Group Memory Care & Lifestyle Specialist will lead the development and delivery of exceptional, evidence-informed memory care and lifestyle experiences across Loveday. The role brings together specialistdementiaknowledge,meaningfulengagement,memberexperienceandluxuryhospitalityto ensure every member is known as an individual and supported to live with meaning, purpose, choice, dignityandconnection.Thisisahighlyvisible,hands-ongrouprole.Thepostholderwillsetstandards, coach teams in practice, support complex members and families, audit quality, develop innovative programmes and ensure that lifestyle is embedded within everyday care rather than treated as a standalone activities function.Working closely with physicians and healthcare experts.
