This 12-month maternity cover opportunity offers the chance to join a well-established organisation with a strong reputation for quality, customer service, and continuous improvement. As a Quality Administrator, you will be the key link between customers, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring quality processes, compliance documentation, and communication are managed efficiently. This role would suit an experienced administrator with exposure to manufacturing, engineering, quality assurance, compliance, or document control environments. The successful Quality Administrator will be responsible for: Managing internal, customer, and supplier non-conformance reports (NCRs) from initial investigation through to resolution Monitoring and responding to quality-related enquiries, acting as the first point of contact for customers and suppliers Providing compliance information, technical documentation, certificates, and supporting customer questionnaires Assisting with ISO 9001:2015 quality management processes and maintaining accurate quality records Supporting internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections Assisting with root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement activities Liaising with colleagues across multiple sites to ensure quality standards are maintained Maintaining documentation and records to support audit readiness and customer requirements To be considered for this Quality Administrator position, you will have: Previous experience within a manufacturing, engineering, production, or industrial environment Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems Strong administration, document control, compliance, or quality coordination experience Excellent communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships with customers and suppliers Good Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Applications are welcomed from candidates who have worked as a Quality Coordinator, Quality Assistant, QA Administrator, Compliance Administrator, Technical Administrator, Document Controller, or Quality Assurance Administrator.
