Heating Engineer

What’s on Offer * £40,000 – £45,000 basic salary depending on experience * Company van & fuel card * Overtime opportunities available * Performance-related bonus scheme * 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) * Pension scheme * Ongoing training and manufacturer accreditation support * Long-term stability within a well-established family-run business * Localised work – minimal travel outside the Birmingham area * Strong support from an experienced office and engineering team Requirements * Proven experience as a Boiler Installation Engineer within domestic heating * Strong background in boiler swaps and full heating system installations * Valid Gas Safe registration (essential) * Full UK driving licence * Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills * Professional approach with good customer communication skills Qualifications * Gas Safe Registered (CCN1, CENWAT, CPA1 or equivalent ACS qualifications) * NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent experience) * Manufacturer training (Worcester Bosch / Vaillant etc.) desirable * Full UK Driving Licence
