We're hiring on behalf of a prestigious international multi-brand retailer, and this is your chance to join a fast-paced, luxury customer care team supporting both online and in-store experiences.
The Role
As a Luxury Customer Care Consultant, you'll be at the heart of the customer journey-delivering exceptional service while driving sales and brand experience.
You will:
Deliver a high-end, personalised customer experience
Process orders and returns accurately within SLAs
Provide expert product advice and styling support
Identify opportunities to upsell and maximise sales
Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer queries
Manage your workload in a busy, target-driven environmentWhat We're Looking For
Previous customer service experience (retail or contact centre ideal)
A genuine passion for fashion and trends
Confident communicator with a positive, engaging style
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet KPIs

Ongoing role with permanent opportunities
Weekly pay
Hybrid working (60% office / 40% home after training)
Modern offices in Charlton
Full training + career progression
Benefits including 24/7 GP access, retail & gym discountsHours & Shifts
37.5 hours per week
5 out of 7 days
Shifts between 8:30am - 9:30pm
Mainly PM shifts (1pm - 9:30pm)
