Planner
Data Centre

€70,000 plus package
Our client, Europe's only dedicated data centre delivery partner, is currently seeking a Planner to join their team. As a leading provider of full turnkey solutions from design through to construction and commissioning, our client is trusted in delivering projects across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and review detailed master construction programmes and project controls procedures for live projects.
Prepare and present progress reviews and reports to senior management.
Liaise with key stakeholders to review project progress, identify risks, and support proactive problem-solving.
Establish and manage project schedule resource requirements across all phases - pre-construction, construction, and commissioning.
Create and maintain progress reporting tools to monitor the achievement of project goals and milestones.
Provide performance updates and variance reports, identifying corrective actions where required.
Represent the Planning function in client and subcontractor meetings, ensuring clear communication of schedule status and planning issues.
Support account management and business development by building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Take ownership of assigned projects and assist colleagues on other projects as needed.
Ensure project planning practices align with company standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Experience in the construction industry, preferably within a main contracting environment.
Experience working on large-scale projects, ideally within the data centre or high-tech industrial sectors.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing, and planning processes.
Proficient in Primavera P6 and/or Asta Powerproject; experience with BIM / digital construction tools and workflows is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with a sound understanding of programming techniques and typical production rates.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex planning information clearly.
Capable of working to defined, and often challenging, timescales.
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of contractual and project management principles.
