Customer Service Representative Location:Prescot Salary: £25,789 per annum Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm Benefits: Excellent company package About the Role We are supporting a well‑established manufacturing company in Prescot who are looking to add a Customer Service Representative to their friendly, supportive office team. You will play a key role in supporting customers throughout the full order process, handling enquiries by phone and email, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience from start to finish.
