Lead Refrigeration Engineer

A specialist HVAC business is looking to recruit a Lead Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer You’ll be responsible for installing, commissioning, servicing and fault-finding on split systems and chilled water cooling systems across high-end residential projects throughout the UK, with the majority of work concentrated around London. You’ll be expected to take ownership of projects on site, manage your own workload and provide leadership where. The role also includes occasional international travel across Europe and Dubai, with a clear long-term pathway into Project Management as the department grows.RequirementsStrong background in refrigeration and/or air conditioningExperience working with split systems, refrigeration equipment or similar HVAC systemsPrevious supervisory, team-leading or management experienceComfortable taking responsibility for installations and managing works on siteInstallation, commissioning, service and fault-finding experienceAble to work independently and organise your own workloadF-Gas qualificationGood customer-facing and communication skillsFull UK driving licenceHappy with nationwide travel and staying away when requiredComfortable with occasional overseas travelPackageUp to 48,000 basic salary DOE Company vehicleNationwide project workInternational travel opportunities across Europe and DubaiNo regular call-out rotaVaried installation, commissioning and service workloadOpportunity to help build and develop an in-house engineering functionClear progression route into Project ManagementInterested in hearing more?
