We're looking for a proactive and driven Business Analyst to join our client in Croydon, South London. You'll play a key role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into clear requirements and helping deliver innovative technology solutions.

The successful Business Analyst can expect:

• Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum

Some of the main duties of the Business Analyst will include:

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements.
• Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritise the Jira backlog to support agile delivery.
• Map data between systems and support integration projects.
• Work closely with developers on APIs, system enhancements and new solutions.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and manage relationships across the business.
• Support testing, solution validation and continuous process improvement.
• Undertake project management activities including planning, tracking, risk management and reporting where required.

In order to be the successful Business Analyst and have a chance to gain such an exciting opportunity you will ideally need to have the following:

• 3+ years' experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban and Gherkin.
• Experienced in Jira, Confluence, Miro, Visio or similar tools.
• Confident working with developers, technical teams and third-party suppliers.
• Skilled in requirements gathering, process mapping and data analysis.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience within e-commerce is advantageous.
• Practical understanding of AI tools and how they can improve delivery and efficiency.
