Water Hygiene Engineer / Technician

Water Hygiene Engineer – £27,000–£30,000 + Vehicle, Fuel Card & Phone Location: Hertfordshire / Essex (covering Herts, Essex, Bedfordshire & London) I’m currently working with a growing and well-established client who is looking to bring on an experienced Water Hygiene Engineer to support their expanding portfolio across the South East. This is a great opportunity for someone who is fully trained in ACoP L8 and enjoys a varied, mobile role across multiple sites. The Role You’ll be responsible for delivering a full range of water hygiene services across commercial sites, ensuring compliance with current regulations and maintaining high service standards. Day-to-day duties will include: * Temperature monitoring and routine compliance checks * Showerhead descales and disinfections * Cold water storage tank inspections and cleaning * TMV servicing and maintenance * Water sampling and basic analysis * Completing accurate reports and compliance documentation What My Client Is Looking For * Proven experience in a Water Hygiene Engineer role * Fully trained in ACoP L8 * Good understanding of HSG274 and water compliance standards * Full UK driving licence * Someone reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently The Package * Salary between £27,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience) * Company vehicle & fuel card * Mobile phone * Stable, long-term opportunity with a growing business
