This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading national bodyshop organisation in a highly varied and mobile role, supporting multiple sites across the region. This position has become available due to internal promotion and offers excellent long-term stability, variety, and career progression. The Role As a Roaming VDA, you will: * Work across multiple sites within the South West region * Support workshops during peak periods, holidays, training, and operational cover * Produce accurate vehicle damage assessments and repair estimates * Identify correct repair methods in line with manufacturer and Thatcham standards * Liaise with insurance companies to obtain repair authorisation * Communicate effectively with engineers, technicians, and customers * Maintain accurate electronic and manual records of estimates * Ensure compliance with BSI safety standards and insurer requirements About You To be successful in this role, you will: * Be a proven Vehicle Damage Assessor / VDA / Estimator * Have experience using Audatex * Hold an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) * Hold ATA or IMI accreditation (essential) * Have a strong background within a bodyshop environment * Hold a full UK Manual Driving Licence * Be confident working independently across multiple sites Training & Development * Ongoing industry training and development * Exposure to multiple sites and operational environments * Career progression opportunities within a growing organisation * Continuous updates on manufacturer and insurer repair methods Apply Now If you’re an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor looking for a mobile role with variety, strong earning potential, and excellent benefits, apply today
