Accountable Recruitment are partnering with an industry leading business based in Deeside to recruit a qualified Management Accountant to join their finance team. Key Responsibilities:
Produce accurate and timely monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and variance analysis.
Provide insightful financial analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes..
Ensure financial controls are maintained in line with group policies and audit requirements.
Drive process improvements and efficiencies across finance and operational reporting.
Act as a business partner to non-finance teams, delivering meaningful insight and financial support.
Skills/ Experience Required:
Fully qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA).
Strong understanding of management accounting principles, particularly in cost control, stock and margin analysis.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. xwzovoh
